These are the rules applicable to all bets on BET24. Please read them carefully and if you are in any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support. In general These rules are, at any time, the valid rules for betting
at BET24. BET24 reserves the right - without any prior notice - to change
the rules on this site. The rules have been translated into many languages.
In case of doubt the English rules will apply. When a customer gets access to the sites of BET24, he or she also accepts the betting rules which constitute as the contract between the customer and BET24. The present betting rules replace all earlier betting rules, whether electronic, written or verbal between the customer and BET24. Opening an account 2. Every customer must be at least 18 years old to open a betting account
and to place bets with BET24. (According to the Estonian Gaming Act, players
from Estonia must be over 21 years of age) The customer who opens the betting
account and provides the details of the credit card to be used to operate
the betting account must be the same person in whose name the credit card
has been lawfully issued. The customer is obliged to ensure that the credit
card used to operate his betting account is a credit card lawfully issued
to him at all times until his betting account is closed. If a breach of this
contract comes to the attention of BET24, BET24 has the right to deny winnings
to the customer. 3. Registration and login can only take place on the site of BET24. 4. BET24 will always have the right to deny a customer open a betting account
and/or to close an already existing betting account. 5. For various reasons customers from the following countries are not allowed
to bet at BET24: USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and Malta. By opening a
betting account the customer declares that he is not from any of the countries
mentioned above. 6. BET24 does not accept customers that are working full time in the betting
industry or uphold their daily living through betting/gambling. Transfer of money 2. When the customer deposits money on his or her betting account via Credit
Card, BET24 will charge 2% of the amount transferred as a fee. 3. When the customer wishes to withdraw money from the betting account, the
amount will be transferred to the customer's credit card. Should the client
own a MasterCard this will be done by a bank transaction. 4. Transactions made directly to the customer's credit card are without charges.
5. For a bank transaction the customer must supply his or her bank details
and such transfers are free of charge at BET24. 6. A bet can never be placed on credit. Therefore it is required that money
is transferred to the betting account before a bet can be executed. 7. The transfer time for funds are currently 2-5 banking days for transfer
via credit cards and 1-2 banking days for wire transfers. 2. Example: BET24 gives a customer £24. If these has not been staked
3 times (the total stake of your bets has to be more than £72), then it
will NOT be possible to withdraw money if the promotion/bonus is to stand. 3. This rule applies for all free deposits from BET24 including signup bonus, bonus from competitions etc. 4. Minimum odds of 1,50 is required to count stake into rollover amount. Betting Stakes 1. The minimum stake to bet for is equivalent to Euro 1. Maximum stake is equivalent
to Euro 1500. Deadlines for betting 2. If a bet is, by mistake, accepted by BET24, despite passing the deadline,
BET24 will always have the right to cancel such erroneous bets. 1. It is the customer's own responsibility to check that the bet is as wanted.
The customer should do this before confirming the bet and the payment. 2. Dead Heat. If an event is tied or if more than one outcome can be described
as a winner, the odds are divided. The divided odds can, of course, never get
lower than 1.00. E.g. if there are two winning odds at 1.80 and 3.40, the customers,
who has a bet on the 1.80, get odds 1.00 (money back) meanwhile the customers
who has a bet on the 3.40 get odds 1.70. 2. BET24 will, at all times, have the right of rejecting a bet. Both all together
- or single games in the bet. 3. Bets are rejected if, in BET24's view, there are reasons to believe that
the games could be fixed, or that the bets have been placed by a betting syndicate.
For example from the same ip address 4. BET24 has the right to reject a customer's bet which contains obvious
errors. In this case the bet can be rejected regardless of whether it has
already been approved or not. 5. If the named part in a two or three way bet does not start, the bet will
be void and all three results (1, X and 2) will be set to odds 1.00 unless otherwise
stated in the rules for the specific sport. 2. BET24 will, within an hour after a match, have finished registering the
correct result and winnings will be transferred to the customer's account.
3. If BET24, by mistake, puts in the wrong result, the company shall always
have the right to delay the money transfer or to correct the mistake. 4. Whenever there is a question of doubt about the result, or protests against
the result, or if there is general uncertainty about the result, BET24 reserves
the right to delay the result-decision for up to 24 hours. In the event that
there is still no valid result after 24 hours, the match in question will
be cancelled and odds set to 1.00 unless rule 5 applies. 5. If there is no result because a match/event never finished or took place
- whether it was cancelled, postponed or delayed - bets will be cancelled unless
the game is re-scheduled within 24 hours with a new fixture taking place within
the coming three days. In that case the bet is still valid 6. When a result has been confirmed from officials, the result will be the
one BET24 uses. Should the result be changed on a later stage, BET24 will not
change the result. 1. With BET24 you can make system bets as well. In our normal 1X2 bets, the
outcomes of your matches must match the combination you have chosen in order
for you to win the bet. If, on the other hand, you are making system bets, you
could for instance use a system called 3/4 (3 out of 4). Here you can afford
one missed match - and still win on your bet. With system betting, the different
bets in your game are played in all variations. If we look at the 3/4 example,
a bet is made on 4 triples/4 games, involving 3 matches for each game. 2. This way you are guaranteed to win, even if the outcome is right in only
3 of your 4 matches played. Here four matches are chosen, for instance:

Please note that your betting amount per game will be multiplied by the total
number of games involved. Thus, if you chose to make the 3/4 system bet with
a betting amount of Euro 1 per game, the total cost would amount to Euro 4. System betting with bankers 1. In principle, system betting with bankers works the same way as the ordinary
system betting. The only difference is that when betting with bankers, you can
choose one or more bankers which must appear in all your games. Such a match
is often called a "safe" bet. 2. So if you choose to make a 3/4 system bet with one banker, the example will
look as follows:

If you had chosen to use more bankers, these would figure in all your games,
just like Match E in the above example. When you use bankers, you should note
that whenever just one of the bankers does not win, all your games will be lost. Special Rules - Football 1. A half-time bet will always be valid if the first half of the match has
been played. In the case that a football match is stopped in the second half
of the game, the half time bet will still be valid. Whereas BET24 will set the
outcome of the game to odds 1.00, if the game is stopped during the first half.
2. Head to Head: Most goals bet with two players (1X2-bet). The players must start before the bet is valid. If both players do not start the game the bet is void and set to odds 1.00. Any goals scored during penalty shoot-outs will not count. The official result is also the result BET24 will use. 3. To get a card. The player has to start the game for bets to stand. 4. First goal scorer. If a player starts the game or takes part before the
first goal is scored all bets will stand. Bets on players who do not play
before the first goal is scored will be void.
Football - World Cup 2006 1. Goals scored in penalty shoot outs do NOT count. 2. Penalty saves in penalty shoot outs do NOT count.
Football - Champions League To progress the furthest in the league A. The teams' placing in the group stages are without any relevance. If two teams end as number 3 and 4 in their groups, the result will still be an X. If the 2 teams selected meet in the final, the result of the final will decide the bet. Football - Leagues
B. To be relegated. C. Spring or fall season D. H2H between two players in a full or half season: The relevant players must
start at least 5 games. Premiership / Championship - Best Christmas Club If a match is cancelled and/or postponed to a time after that period, the match
will not count in the bet. The bet is settled after normal rules on the club
with the most points. In case of equal number of points then the best goal difference
followed by the most scored goal will apply. If two teams still cannot be separated
dead heat rules apply. Special Rules - American Football (NFL) 1. All bets on NFL will be determined according to the official NFL result.
Any overtime will count - however not applicable to half-time /Full-time. 2. First touchdown. No refunds on players selected in the squads. Not even
players who have not been in the game when first touchdown is made. The only
players who will be set to odds 1.00 are players who were not included in the
squad for the game. Special Rules - Badminton 1. At least one set must be played for bets to stand. Once the first set
has been played, the bet will stand, no matter what happens afterwards. If
a player retires due to injury or any other reason, that player will be considered
the loser of the match. If a match is stopped before the first set is ove,r
then the bet will be cancelled. Set betting will be void if the full number
of sets is not played. 2. Who progresses furthest in a tournament? H2H or H2H2H. If two or three
players lose in the same round, the winner of the bet is the player who won
most sets in the lost match. If that still makes two or three players equal,
the bet will be void. Special Rules - Bandy 1. All bandy bets will be settled on 90 minutes play unless specifically stated
otherwise. Any overtime will not count. Special Rules -Baseball 1. All bets on baseball will be settled on the official Major League Baseball
result. Any extra Innings played will count in the final 2. Both listed pitchers must start the game and throw at least one pitch
for bets to stand. If either pitcher fails to start the game for whatever
reason, the bet will be void and set to odds 1.00. Special Rules -Basketball 1. For basketball games with only two betting options (1 or 2), in case of
a draw after normal time, overtime will count. 2. The above rule does also apply for all basketball special bets (Over / under,
handicap etc.) Special Rules - Boxing 1. BET24 defines a KO win as follows: - One boxer is counted out by the referee 2. If a boxer gives up/is disqualified between two rounds, the last finished
round boxed will be seen as the determining round of the fight. If you bet that
boxer A will win by KO in round 6 and the opponent actually gives up or is disqualified
between round 6 and 7, you will win the bet. Special Rules - Cricket Special Rules - Curling 1. All bets include extra end. The official result counts even if a team chooses to withdraw before the 10th end Special Rules - Cycling 1. Winner Bets.
BET24 will delay the payout up to 24 hours according to the normal betting rules. The winner of the Green Jersey and the King of The Mountain Jersey in Tour
de France is the rider with the most points in the competitions. It is not necessarily
the rider who wears the jersey

with an identical number of points also have an identical number of top points

odds 1,00. Special Rules - Formula 1 / Motor sports: Race: 1. Results will be settled on the result of the podium presentation. Disqualifications
or alternations of results after this point will not affect bets. 2. The formation lap will be considered as the start of the race. 3. Combinations of ex. race winner and qualifying winner or other combinations
which are dependent are not allowed. 4. A driver has to complete 90% of the race laps to be classified. Head to head: 1. If both drivers fail to complete the Grand Prix, the driver who has completed
the most laps will win. Qualifying / Practice 1. All bets are determined based on grid positions immediately after the qualifying session. Time penalties during the qualifying session as specified by FIA count. Alterations to the grid caused by, for example, engine changes are disregarded and do not affect bets. 2. If one or both drivers in a H2H fail to start at least 1 lap in the first qualifying session, bets are void. 3. If both drivers start, but fail to set a timed qualifying lap, the bet is void and the stakes are refunded. 4. There is no refund on winner games for drivers who for, whatever reason, do not start the practice session, qualifying or race.

case of the same scores, the accepted odds will be divided by the number of
equal players. 4. For winner games dead heat rules apply if there is more than one winner.
Special Rules - Handball 1. H2H bet. Which player scores the most goals in a match? 1) Player A scores the most goals in the match. X) The two players score the same number of goals in the match. 2) Player B scores the most goals in the match. If one of the players named in the head-to-head bet does not get to play, the bet is cancelled, and odds are set to 1.00. 2. Winner. Top scorer or First goal scorer. If a player has the possibility
of playing, which means that he/she is on the substitute bench or plays parts
of or the entire match, the bet is valid. The only way this bet will be cancelled
is if the player does not have a chance of playing due to being injured before
the game or left out of the squad. Rugby: 1. Predict the result of one or more of the 1X2 matches (80 minutes play).
Special Rules - Ice hockey Penalty Minutes H2H (PIM): Over/Under Goals: 1. Over Time are included in Over/Under Total Goals. Special Rules - Skiing H2H: Both participants must start in the 1st race/leg in order for the bet to
stand. In the event that competitor A fails to finish the first leg and competitor
B fails to finish the second leg, competitor B will win the H2H. In the combined
event, the two slalom legs are regarded as one leg. Cancelled competitions: In the event that a competition is cancelled and there is a second competition scheduled in the same discipline at the same resort, all bets for the first competition will be void and odds will be set to 1.00. Ski Jumping If a competition is shortened to just one jump, all bets are still valid. Handicap bets (where one jumper has a point advantage) and bets on winning margin are void and odds will be set to 1.00 H2H: Both participants must start qualifying for bets to stand. If a qualified jumper fails to start the 1st round all bets are void and odds will be set to 1.00. A pre-qualified jumper will always beat a jumper failing to qualify for the 1st round. Biathlon: Shooting specials count for number of hits and not the actual result of the
race. If equal, the bet is void. If one or both participants fail to finish,
the race bets are void, except if the outcome has already been determined
before one of the competitors withdraws. World Ski Championships Specials: For special bets on nations medals all 11 competitions count, including the
Nations Team Event. Olympic Games Most gold medals Most medals If two or more nations end up with an equal number of medals the dead heat rule applies. H2H's will be void and odds set to 1,00. Nations will not be ranked after the number of gold, silver or bronze. Team competitions count as one medal. Competitor medals On special bets on an athlete's total number of medals, over/under number of medals and H2H, the involved athlete(s) must start at least one event for bets to be valid Special Rules - Speedway 1. Minimum 10 heats have to be raced. If not, the bet is void and the odds are set to 1,00. H2H 1. Both riders must start the match otherwise the bet is void 2. If riders gain the same amount of points - the bet is void
Special Rules - Tennis 1. At least one set must be played for bets to stand. Once the first set
has been played, the bet will stand, no matter what happens afterwards. If

Special Rules - Trotting / Elitloppet / Others 1. No payback on bets on non-starters. 2. A H2H bet with at least one horse finishing the race is determined by the official result. 3. A H2H bet with no horse getting an official time is void. 4. If all horses in a H2H bet did not start, the bet will be void. All horses in BET MUST start if the bet is to stand. 5. Best Place in Elitloppet : Priority: 1) Place in the final 2 ) Place in heat) 3) Time in heat. If no winner is found here, bets are void 6. On winner games the "Tattersall rule 4" will count. That means if there is a non-starter, the winner odds will be decimated according to the table below.

It is allowed to bet more than Euro 600 on the same bet but the second time around the odds could be changed. 4. All winnings are transferred to the customers betting account with BET24. 5. When a customer wishes to withdraw an amount from the account, BET24 transfers the amount to the customer's bank account, which is the same account the customer used when he made the deposit in his betting account. 6. In case of any inconsistency in the betting, or in the matches, BET24 can
hold the winnings until a complete investigation has been made. Every bet made
on such events can be cancelled - and the stakes refunded. Protests 1. Complaints have to be e-mailed to BET24 within 1 month after the bet in question is settled. Upon the expiration of the above-mentioned time period of one month, the customer is deemed to agree with all the transactions carried out and no complaints or protests can be accepted by BET24. 2. It's not possible for a customer to cancel a bet after the customer has approved the bet and the stake. 3. The customer may lodge a complaint with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority
